Payment & Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This Payment & Refund Policy describes how Crystal Clear Window Washing ("Company", "we", "our") manages payments and refunds for window cleaning services offered across the United States. By scheduling or purchasing our services, you agree to the terms below.

2. Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payments via major credit cards, debit cards, and other secure online payment platforms. All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD).

3. Service Fees

Prices for services are clearly communicated during booking. Additional charges may apply for specialized cleaning, high-rise windows, or services outside standard coverage areas. Any such charges will be disclosed and approved prior to service.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

• If services were not delivered as agreed or failed to meet the described standards.
• If a cancellation is requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
• Partial refunds may apply if only part of the service was unsatisfactory, subject to review.

Refunds will not be issued for completed services that were performed according to agreement or for cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us by email or phone with your booking details and reason. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Customers may cancel or reschedule services with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.
